Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Boston-Gear GB80B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Anacon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Advanced-Micro-Controls-Inc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Anacon such as the D170018 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M04049604PMI manufactured by Amt and we are pleased to be able to service most Amt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SD17060BIILLC004912 by Manufacturer Advanced-Micro-Controls-Inc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Applied-Materials Brand 01W3295B01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mp such as MP465B equipment made by Mp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CO1210PAMCK made by Amada-Metrecs as well as the popular DXTX original spares produced by Amx

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 950E by Ami and MP465B spares by Mp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC1300R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ametek.
