Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bosch---Rexroth HMS01-1N-W0020-A-7-NNNN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cerus-Iss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brandless parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bregenhorn-Butow product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cerus-Iss such as the CMS32HI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LVDS18 manufactured by Brandless and we are pleased to be able to service most Brandless systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TRM60 by Manufacturer Bregenhorn-Butow as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cardinal-Scales Brand CM121001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Busellato such as 07B2000026G equipment made by Busellato have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC03010BS0 by Carel and 07B2000026G spares by Busellato are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SD1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Centroid.
