Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics BR-VMBCH-MB-CR-T0-A0-CF-CC-8582 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Brandless products, including obsoleted and phased-out Caloritech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Browning-Mbn-3362-40c-Pv5 product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Brandless such as the ETC057A110823CAFUJIN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XTWL04483 manufactured by Caloritech and we are pleased to be able to service most Caloritech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MBN by Manufacturer Browning-Mbn-3362-40c-Pv5 as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Carel Brand HUMISTEAM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Boston-Gear such as F842B63KB5M1 equipment made by Boston-Gear have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 200103E11 by Bucher-Hydraulics and F842B63KB5M1 spares by Boston-Gear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
