Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics BR-FHBCH-CR-T1-A0-CF-CC-F42 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bosch---Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Btg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bonfiglioli-Riduttori product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch---Rexroth such as the HMS011NW0020A7NNNN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7010475 manufactured by Btg and we are pleased to be able to service most Btg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAS by Manufacturer Bonfiglioli-Riduttori as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bruner Brand B1359002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Boonton-Electronics such as 57518 equipment made by Boonton-Electronics have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 107524020 made by Bosch-Rexroth-Star as well as the popular 51163701 original spares produced by Brandless

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 203TBP106 by Browning and 57518 spares by Boonton-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 26720240 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Busellato.
