Block Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Block STU and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Block STU include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the STU if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our STU repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch such as the 0505614017 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ACTW400025D manufactured by Bonfiglioli and we are pleased to be able to service most Bonfiglioli systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 300066 by Manufacturer Bonko as well.

Spare units by Bosch such as 047181210 equipment made by Bosch have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
