Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fairchild products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rms parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Smc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fairchild such as the UA747HMQB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2HSM514B2 manufactured by Rms and we are pleased to be able to service most Rms systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSQB200R by Manufacturer Smc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand 3RB20662GC2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Crydom such as HDC200D160 equipment made by Crydom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crydom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crydom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 255BXBP120VAC made by Struthers-Dunn as well as the popular 3S1O original spares produced by Pilz
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6DD16060AD0 by Siemens and HDC200D160 spares by Crydom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
