Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bio-med Devices 4434 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bob-Elektr-Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Blum parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bison product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bob-Elektr-Siemens such as the 0031855303 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P870634023 manufactured by Blum and we are pleased to be able to service most Blum systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0162009093 by Manufacturer Bison as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bodine Brand NSH54RL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bk-Mikro such as TK24203 equipment made by Bk-Mikro have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SP2226XMPP by Speedtronics and TK24203 spares by Bk-Mikro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NPP34RH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bodine.
