Our services for the Bin-Master FDC1000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the FDC1000 if necessary. Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bomac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bogen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bofors product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bomac such as the 09012400002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHS60B manufactured by Bogen and we are pleased to be able to service most Bogen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4310A by Manufacturer Bofors as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
