Bilz Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Bilz BiAir and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Bilz BiAir include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the BiAir if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our BiAir repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bizerba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bishop-Wisecarver parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bloomington-Cntrls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bizerba such as the 7808300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UT0WPAPR manufactured by Bishop-Wisecarver and we are pleased to be able to service most Bishop-Wisecarver systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CR305G002 by Manufacturer Bloomington-Cntrls as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Boekel Brand 110051 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Boekel such as 230250V equipment made by Boekel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Boekel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Boekel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BN90LA4 made by Bonfiglioli-Motor as well as the popular M334541SFM0 original spares produced by Bonitron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5P50CMSVX10101 by Br-Automation and 230250V spares by Boekel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R25255180 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bishop-wisecarver.
