Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Beta-Betalog 309120 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bindicator products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bimba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Brandless product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bindicator such as the LRF900G1F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PT07180A1C1R manufactured by Bimba and we are pleased to be able to service most Bimba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 138X109 by Manufacturer Brandless as well.

Spare units by Bosch---Rexroth such as HMS011NW0020A7NNNN equipment made by Bosch---Rexroth have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAS by Bonfiglioli-Riduttori and HMS011NW0020A7NNNN spares by Bosch---Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
