We service and repair Bernstein BDT-HLT and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Bernstein BDT-HLT include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the BDT-HLT if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our BDT-HLT repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bonfiglioli-Riduttori products, including obsoleted and phased-out Blh parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bosch-Rexroth product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bonfiglioli-Riduttori such as the MAS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 14412 manufactured by Blh and we are pleased to be able to service most Blh systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VCP082DTN by Manufacturer Bosch-Rexroth as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bonfiglioli Brand ACU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Blh such as 462798 equipment made by Blh have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Blh products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Blh" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E05110035F made by Braun-Laundry as well as the popular UTTRS2G720 original spares produced by Bishop-Wisecarver
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Y5304803 by Biorad and 462798 spares by Blh are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Panelcon70 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Berthel.
