Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berkeley-Process USA2-11-28-UR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bif products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bk-Precision parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Blac-Inc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bif such as the 630334 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1744 manufactured by Bk-Precision and we are pleased to be able to service most Bk-Precision systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 00046P08101 by Manufacturer Blac-Inc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bernstein Brand 61847175846184717584 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bodine such as 33A5BEPMWX3 equipment made by Bodine have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PVFE242424 by Block and 33A5BEPMWX3 spares by Bodine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
