Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berger-Lahr VRDM 31122/50 SWB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bnt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beta-Tech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Okuma product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bnt such as the BNT1500AP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BFLGC016 manufactured by Beta-Tech and we are pleased to be able to service most Beta-Tech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BL2D7550A by Manufacturer Okuma as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Samsung Brand BN9412833N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bernstein such as KCNT18PS013KLPS12 equipment made by Bernstein have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bernstein products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bernstein" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BCFSC050004 made by Beta-Tech as well as the popular A6289 original spares produced by Black-Box

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMXAMM0600H by Modicon and KCNT18PS013KLPS12 spares by Bernstein are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SCBASET Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mce.
