Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berger-Lahr 64304080103 WD3-004.0801 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carlen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 1F794 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CC550T3600ABZ12MS manufactured by Carlen and we are pleased to be able to service most Carlen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CN35BN6AB by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bonitron Brand M3452H9C00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cromealox such as TM030315M equipment made by Cromealox have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cromealox products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cromealox" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PSC135671PPMB4688 made by Danaher as well as the popular MO02967 original spares produced by Cmc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RDM5111750LNB by Berger-Lahr and TM030315M spares by Cromealox are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CI060P4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cerus.
