Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bentley-Nevada 2155/00-06-03-00-01-11-11-11-00-00-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Canoga-Perkins product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the 2DI100Z12001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3051S2CD4A2A11A1AM5Q8 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2240S4B216001 by Manufacturer Canoga-Perkins as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Reliance-Electric Brand 34C482 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Honeywell such as 22252001 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 23012XXXF made by Thermo-Scientific as well as the popular 3361C51G01 original spares produced by Westinghouse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711K14C8 by Allen-Bradley and 22252001 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2MBI300NB06001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji.
