Benshaw Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Benshaw BIP and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Benshaw BIP include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the BIP if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our BIP repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Benshaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bonfiglioli parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bi-torq product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Benshaw such as the BIPC40010001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ACTW400025D manufactured by Bonfiglioli and we are pleased to be able to service most Bonfiglioli systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACTI14 by Manufacturer Bi-torq as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
