Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Beka-Associates BA484D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bindicator-Levelite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bk-Mikro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bindicator-Levelite such as the 1227210 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TK50 manufactured by Bk-Mikro and we are pleased to be able to service most Bk-Mikro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BRNCRVMBCHCRT0A0CFCC8546 by Manufacturer Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Berges Brand ACP33015 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Benshaw such as RB21S07A11C equipment made by Benshaw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Benshaw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Benshaw" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PT494045C1DMR made by Bimba as well as the popular NMQB241 original spares produced by Belimo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 33005002010000 by Bently-Nevada and RB21S07A11C spares by Benshaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FMP50100754FMMTFEE30 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bimba.
