Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Beijing-Polymer-Sensing YW517B1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Carlon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bellofam parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cool-Air product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Carlon such as the E9806X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 968021000 manufactured by Bellofam and we are pleased to be able to service most Bellofam systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SENSORNEMA4XBOX by Manufacturer Cool-Air as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cognex Brand VPM8120X5011PRevA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Centerline such as SE01AUG3 equipment made by Centerline have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Centerline products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Centerline" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S83004 made by Bradley as well as the popular 511080058341 original spares produced by Cognex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 608720056 by Bosch and SE01AUG3 spares by Centerline are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
