Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Weintek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unico parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Greyline product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Weintek such as the TK6100i spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 313081 manufactured by Unico and we are pleased to be able to service most Unico systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 129024 by Manufacturer Greyline as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Heidenhain Brand 23532221 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yasakawa such as CPCRMR152NB equipment made by Yasakawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yasakawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yasakawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TG865MT made by Xinje as well as the popular 10008PG original spares produced by Eaton
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8142 by Toledo and CPCRMR152NB spares by Yasakawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
