Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bauart-Gepruft A16B-P212-071 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baumer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumuller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baumer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumer such as the DSRC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20724464 manufactured by Baumuller and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumuller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BDC0524N100 by Manufacturer Baumer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bei-Sensores Brand 60001003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bei such as 9240103627 equipment made by Bei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BAV made by Baumer-Electric as well as the popular M3311A original spares produced by Beckwith-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4620 by Bauma¼ller and 9240103627 spares by Bei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BS0238H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bauer.
