Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Basler BE1-851H5N1H0N parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fisher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Comtrol-Rocketport product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisher such as the 14B5072X122 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9189113 manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 42AB501G03 by Manufacturer Comtrol-Rocketport as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Basler Brand F3FE1JBSB4F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge-fanuc such as A20B0007004004A equipment made by Ge-fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge-fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge-fanuc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A05B2444C450 made by Fanuc as well as the popular AR440A original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4550009018 by Deutsch and A20B0007004004A spares by Ge-fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E4101293 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Deutsch.
