Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Barber-Colman MS40-NF24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Itt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ipm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Issc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Itt such as the 600113633001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 950016A0441 manufactured by Ipm and we are pleased to be able to service most Ipm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D1609027 by Manufacturer Issc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Itw Brand 294070 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Italvibras such as M365 equipment made by Italvibras have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Italvibras products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Italvibras" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6202570 made by Itt as well as the popular CUZ601B665 original spares produced by Intersan

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UWHRMT by Irvine-Optical and M365 spares by Italvibras are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3335D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ipc.
