Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner SLSCP30-1650P44NT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Det-tronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Drexelbrook parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dynisco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Det-tronics such as the 003895002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4066000 manufactured by Drexelbrook and we are pleased to be able to service most Drexelbrook systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PT462610M2618T47 by Manufacturer Dynisco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cleveland-kidder Brand UPB5500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bijur such as 304XF9400 equipment made by Bijur have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bijur products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bijur" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 924010028771 made by Bei as well as the popular FTL160GR10GC20K original spares produced by Endress-Hauser

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H38DCCW8GC7273SCUL by Bei and 304XF9400 spares by Bijur are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
