Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner SLSCE14-900P8, SLSCR14-900P8 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fael products, including obsoleted and phased-out Facts-Engineering parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fael such as the 327216 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CA28002 manufactured by Facts-Engineering and we are pleased to be able to service most Facts-Engineering systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20MA8600300T002M437962 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fadal Brand 14206PCB0127 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Facts-Engineering such as F404DA equipment made by Facts-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Facts-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Facts-Engineering" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SCBR90501 made by Fairbanks as well as the popular A6608009T397L7R503 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2MM9105WIDUL by Fafnir and F404DA spares by Facts-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
