Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner QT50UVR3WQ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Elmwood products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dynisco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Elmwood such as the 3450RC8001565 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HS35F75R1SS5000ABZC4469SM18EX manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PT422A5C618 by Manufacturer Dynisco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bei Brand H25ESS4000M2ABZC8830EM18S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ametek such as 7000207006 equipment made by Ametek have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available AC1003 made by Efector as well as the popular M300 original spares produced by Cutler-hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SST11E407CC000 by Dynamics and 7000207006 spares by Ametek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
