Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner MAHR13A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danaher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynapar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danaher such as the H5610241343 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 62550000100 manufactured by Dynapar and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynapar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CKD3400F by Manufacturer Cutler-hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Elmwood Brand 3450RC8001565 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Caloritech such as XTB04481 equipment made by Caloritech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Caloritech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Caloritech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available G702 made by Cherry as well as the popular E51KT443 original spares produced by Cutler-hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SS9RMPRR11 by Dolan-jenner and XTB04481 spares by Caloritech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
