Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner-Engineering SLSCE30-1050P8 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Blh products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Banner-Engineering product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Blh such as the T3P1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP500E manufactured by Delta and we are pleased to be able to service most Delta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature USE6412Y by Manufacturer Banner-Engineering as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baumer Brand ITD40A4Y1091024HNID2SR12E10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baumer such as GM400E14REV01 equipment made by Baumer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S510000 made by Cognex as well as the popular ISM110000 original spares produced by Cognex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 80500061 by Cognex and GM400E14REV01 spares by Baumer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
