Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner 7460830 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baumer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Banner product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumer such as the BRIH40D3617K00512E29 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H25DSSCCW8GC7406LEDSM18S manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM312FP1H by Manufacturer Banner as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bei Brand H25DSS5000ABZC28V0CSM18 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bellofram such as 961070000 equipment made by Bellofram have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bellofram products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bellofram" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CEL287 made by Beckman as well as the popular RF82C5G1A original spares produced by Bindicator

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QMT42VP6AFV400 by Banner and 961070000 spares by Bellofram are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
