Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the B--R-Automation 8EI8X8MWS10.0600-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Uticor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vaisala parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Valmet product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Uticor such as the 765367 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HMPNIKS2A1P0A2EE12C1N1A manufactured by Vaisala and we are pleased to be able to service most Vaisala systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A413165 by Manufacturer Valmet as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Uticor Brand 76540 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Victor such as 46132 equipment made by Victor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Victor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Victor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RCV252P made by Varmec as well as the popular DR470 original spares produced by Vectran-Corporation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100GUQ06M2R0 by Uticor and 46132 spares by Victor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 330037 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Van-Dorn.
