Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the B & R Automation 5CFCRD.4096-06 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tamagawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Takex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tamagawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tamagawa such as the TA7033N1TA7033N1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FRL732BC manufactured by Takex and we are pleased to be able to service most Takex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TS4606N2043E200 by Manufacturer Tamagawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sygnetron Brand 10D857 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Talyrond such as D2601105C8 equipment made by Talyrond have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Talyrond products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Talyrond" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TB3P42A56 made by Tatung as well as the popular MS100W138 original spares produced by T-B-Woods

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10D85910D859MB by Sygnetron and D2601105C8 spares by Talyrond are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
