Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation Direct T1H-EB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thermco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Thermosystems product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thermco such as the 60270004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KR3310A010000 manufactured by Thk and we are pleased to be able to service most Thk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TM92HR by Manufacturer Thermosystems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Texas-Instruments Brand 1201111 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thermo-Electric such as 3166P0 equipment made by Thermo-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thermo-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thermo-Electric" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TIP86611 made by Tews as well as the popular EDS408ASSSC original spares produced by The-Moxa-Group

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TI164 by Texas-Instruments and 3166P0 spares by Thermo-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M0860 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
