Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation Direct D4-16NE3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dalsa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dahlih product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the 175H9084 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CRGEN0C1020 manufactured by Dalsa and we are pleased to be able to service most Dalsa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DLVM005 by Manufacturer Dahlih as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Danfoss Brand BS0244HD06LA4SE003B9SP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynapar such as 70E2A601 equipment made by Dynapar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynapar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynapar" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PIFU1100 made by Daiichi as well as the popular FG01DA8001 original spares produced by Dametric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 195N0031 by Danfoss and 70E2A601 spares by Dynapar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
