Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation-Actuator X_R08-06X-B43 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued B-Braun products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aw-Lake-Company parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Autotech-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader B-Braun such as the R840286 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CAPM20 manufactured by Aw-Lake-Company and we are pleased to be able to service most Aw-Lake-Company systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DM701T00010 by Manufacturer Autotech-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Automation-Direct Brand GS247P5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Axiomtek such as SHB103 equipment made by Axiomtek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Axiomtek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Axiomtek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 60002 made by Automation-Devices as well as the popular B2558739 original spares produced by Avtron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C15TRORDO1YO by Azbil and SHB103 spares by Axiomtek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DL260CPU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Koyo.
