Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automated-Packaging 55524A1, 55525E1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Autotech-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Avtron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 285544Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1855afltoz manufactured by Autotech-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Autotech-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M685 by Manufacturer Avtron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has B--R-Automation Brand 7D04357 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aydin-Controls such as CFP19S41A1F01 equipment made by Aydin-Controls have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WB5D by Api and CFP19S41A1F01 spares by Aydin-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ModelVFG1000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bb-Electronics.
