Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ats 1710110-Y6-N1/1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Automated-Logic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Avg-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Automation-Intelligence product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Automated-Logic such as the S6104 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 75C90 manufactured by Avg-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Avg-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2ZPIG01 by Manufacturer Automation-Intelligence as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Square-D Brand ATS46C17N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Automated-Packaging such as 70888A1 equipment made by Automated-Packaging have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATS48D75YU by Schneider and 70888A1 spares by Automated-Packaging are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
