Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A20B20020761 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BUS61203054M12VCAC10691514 manufactured by Baumuller and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumuller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FVRO2C11S2 by Manufacturer Fuji as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bimba Brand FO7004FMT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emerson such as 1276649000 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available RMK122IBSBKL made by Indramat as well as the popular FRS540075KEC original spares produced by Mitsubishi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DC05524LN0C by Avtron and 1276649000 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
