Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Asea EG315-1RP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cii products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Control-Chief product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cii such as the WC326DC5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9560H77BX manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80024003 by Manufacturer Control-Chief as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Babcock Brand BR19S326 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Basler such as A3EC2JB1S3F equipment made by Basler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Basler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Basler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HGS5106 made by C-P-Clare as well as the popular UABC07 original spares produced by Electromatic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SP149115 by Electromatic and A3EC2JB1S3F spares by Basler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
