Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Asea DSMB-175 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microscan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the MCP0358RS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GMV68001032G manufactured by Microscan and we are pleased to be able to service most Microscan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JANCDYCP01AE by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-hammer Brand JDB2200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Automated-Logic such as LGE480020N equipment made by Automated-Logic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Automated-Logic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Automated-Logic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC660BBA024 made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular M603BA1B3G14 original spares produced by Kollmorgen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IRB140 by Abb and LGE480020N spares by Automated-Logic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KeypadRS232 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley.
