Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Asco FTRC2-156A-C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Avtron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asco-Series-300 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Au-Optronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Avtron such as the M940 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E00300C30260N1XG manufactured by Asco-Series-300 and we are pleased to be able to service most Asco-Series-300 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EPXG15L18031412 by Manufacturer Au-Optronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asis Brand K3S110H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aydin such as 4605595502C equipment made by Aydin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aydin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aydin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AD00902 made by Auma as well as the popular G104VN01 original spares produced by Auo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CSXI055V6C1 by Aucom and 4605595502C spares by Aydin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
