Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Arrow Hart RA432U parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued N-tron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rauland-Borg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ransburg product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader N-tron such as the 526FX224 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VC7309 manufactured by Rauland-Borg and we are pleased to be able to service most Rauland-Borg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LECU4008 by Manufacturer Ransburg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Racine Brand FD4DTHS101S30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Radicom such as 17004810PC104 equipment made by Radicom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Radicom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Radicom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M13 made by Raytek as well as the popular 570291500 original spares produced by Raymond

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 600075001A by Raster-Graphics and 17004810PC104 spares by Radicom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 61047521 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Radisys.
