Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aro-Welding-Technologies 58AMW05C2C7B3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aw-Company parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Avtron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aw such as the TA3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HPM15 manufactured by Aw-Company and we are pleased to be able to service most Aw-Company systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AV25 by Manufacturer Avtron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ashcroft Brand XL5MB242ST2P5IW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Astex such as PC80006 equipment made by Astex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Astex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Astex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M175 made by Auto-Strong as well as the popular EF8210G054 original spares produced by Asco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5014BASAU by Asi and PC80006 spares by Astex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A08037 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Auma.
