Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Applied-Control-Concepts SII-RCB-NP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Applied-Information products, including obsoleted and phased-out Applied-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Applied-Information such as the STD4010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HT34487 manufactured by Applied-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Applied-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 473668007U by Manufacturer Asco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Arburg Brand 25214 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Applied-Motion such as 5023193 equipment made by Applied-Motion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Applied-Motion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Applied-Motion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 53890026 made by Asco as well as the popular 1000213 original spares produced by Applied-Motion

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 010071003 by Applied-Komatsu-Technology and 5023193 spares by Applied-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 514544 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Arvin-Diamond.
