Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Api-harowe R11-S01-F1A20 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Appleton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the 8040G23 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SN502530698 manufactured by Aro and we are pleased to be able to service most Aro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MLS10EX by Manufacturer Appleton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Applied-Motion Brand 60PM015 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Arel such as RLR801880992 equipment made by Arel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Arel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Arel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BXC2 made by Applied-Robotics as well as the popular HB26A214 original spares produced by Asco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 29B0137 by Arch-Genstream and RLR801880992 spares by Arel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5530465 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Apollo-1.
