Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Apc AS0100-004MB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Solar-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sola parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Special-Technology product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Solar-Electronics such as the 62545S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QC1007438SDN4024480C manufactured by Sola and we are pleased to be able to service most Sola systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 223128 by Manufacturer Special-Technology as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Solid-State-Controls Brand 480068374 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TD521 by Spirax and 301331R spares by Spraymation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XC7500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sony.
