Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Anorad D-SERV-DLM2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aucom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asahi-America parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Anorad product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aucom such as the EMX31000B7C1H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D79PSNST manufactured by Asahi-America and we are pleased to be able to service most Asahi-America systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LM16 by Manufacturer Anorad as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asco Brand EF8215C083V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Arpac such as 10828 equipment made by Arpac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Arpac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Arpac" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5925111 made by Anybus as well as the popular A92XWJ original spares produced by Asahi-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EMX30920B7C1H by Aucom and 10828 spares by Arpac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 75002394 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Armstrong.
