Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ann-Arbor-Technologies INX95BIII850-STFT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aucom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aucom product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aucom such as the CSXI01804PPN3RCBPD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SA32DK manufactured by Asco and we are pleased to be able to service most Asco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EMX30580B7C1H by Manufacturer Aucom as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asco Brand EF8220G406 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Atlas-Copco such as 5575700398 equipment made by Atlas-Copco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atlas-Copco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atlas-Copco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 032024003 made by Asm as well as the popular 15004 original spares produced by Atlantic-Scientific

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 71198D1771198D1 by Antriebstechnik and 5575700398 spares by Atlas-Copco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS3310CR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Api-Controls.
