Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ann-Arbor IXM6TT-TFT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Monitech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Monitech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the OK901B2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ML121CNCHAR manufactured by Monitech and we are pleased to be able to service most Monitech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ML121CTMOD10 by Manufacturer Monitech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Qterm Brand J10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yasakawa such as JANCDGFG01DE6427176 equipment made by Yasakawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yasakawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yasakawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NM901A2 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular PCS2000 original spares produced by Columbia-Marketing-Tool

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M800A by Skf and JANCDGFG01DE6427176 spares by Yasakawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ORPHI8512E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hanna-Instruments.
