Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ann-Arbor INX85TTC700-XTFT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nortel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hoerbiger-origa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Static-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nortel such as the NTN458RA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P1100120100000300 manufactured by Hoerbiger-origa and we are pleased to be able to service most Hoerbiger-origa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M973S404XX by Manufacturer Static-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hanna-Instruments Brand ORPHI8512E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dise-Instruments such as LS200192A101 equipment made by Dise-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dise-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dise-Instruments" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MH2000II100A2 made by Imtech as well as the popular MACE150 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LT20101C by Sony and LS200192A101 spares by Dise-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NSH50SQR10BV2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
