Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Anaheim-Automation BL6MR-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ansaldo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aplex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aro product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ansaldo such as the SVVD006FANN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ADP1120T05 manufactured by Aplex and we are pleased to be able to service most Aplex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 23151009020M by Manufacturer Aro as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asco Brand HT837A029 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Anam-Di-Tech such as AFI3KS500 equipment made by Anam-Di-Tech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Anam-Di-Tech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Anam-Di-Tech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 898184 made by Anorad as well as the popular 8210D18 original spares produced by Asco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TRAKSET100 by Ashland-Chemical and AFI3KS500 spares by Anam-Di-Tech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DP72001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Anaheim-Automation.
