Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Amicon-Typact TPY3A-1484B-75HP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Amk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amphenol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Anderson-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Amk such as the 450589902605021 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 145A01 manufactured by Amphenol and we are pleased to be able to service most Amphenol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 56000A23RevE by Manufacturer Anderson-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Anderson Brand SV069G00401205 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Animatics such as SM2320DDN2PLSF2 equipment made by Animatics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Animatics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Animatics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DPK72402XCE made by Anaheim as well as the popular RB1S80BR31 original spares produced by Ampro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 56000A93 by Anderson-Instruments and SM2320DDN2PLSF2 spares by Animatics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 325651301N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ampex.
